Good morning, and welcome to another Sunday Salon, with its opportunity for us to zero in on last week’s activities, in blogging and reading.
Last week, I expressed my gratitude as I enjoyed reflecting on the weeks ahead. Then I proceeded to create a new blog for fun, called Chocolate & Mimosas, which naturally led to lots of blog posts in my little corner of blog land.
Then at week’s end, there was Veteran’s Day, with that magical number 11-11-11!
So here are some of my posts:
MONDAY POTPOURRI – PAPER BLIZZARD
MIMOSA TIME: READING/WRITING COMPANION
CHOCOLATE: A “HEALTHY” GUILTY PLEASURE
THE PROTECTIVE LIMBS – A TREE’S STORY
See what I mean about a blogging frenzy?
There was also some reading, too. One book was really captivating, another was kind of “bleh!”, while the third was totally awesome!
Here are some titles and reviews:
1. The Accidental Activist, by Alon Shalev (On blog tour, so review will be posted on 11/28/11) – 5/5 stars!
2. Inseparable, by Dora Heldt (click title for review)
3. When She Woke (e-book), by Hillary Jordan (click title for review)
This last one was so awesome that I read it (practically) in one sitting. With a few breaks.
What did you blog and read about this week? Anything that really rocked your world? Come on by and share…..
Sometimes I worry that I blog more than I read!
Here’s my Sunday Salon: Reading 264 Books. I hope you will stop by and sign up for my November Giveaway, too. It’s a $25 Amazon gift card!

Yes, I think I definitely do that, Debbie. But the blogging is usually about reading…LOL
Thanks for stopping by, and have a great week!

Thanks for visiting my blog! I kind of had the opposite experience last week. I read more than I blogged! This week I hope to find a balance. 🙂

Thanks, Harvee….I didn’t really need another blog, but the idea for this one came to me one day (after a couple of mimosas!).
Glad you could stop by.
