Gather around in our Sunday Salon and let’s chat about books, our lives, and whatever we’ve enjoyed this week.
I’ve had a bit of a busy week with other things….family stuff. But I’ve still managed to do a little blogging and reading.
Over at Story Corner, I’m eagerly anticipating Some Kind of Cruel (which I’ll be getting this week from Vine!)
Thursday showed us how to enjoy old favorites in Comfort Foods for the Soul.
And my Sweet Saturday Sample brought the aftermath of a frightening event: Now What?
Now for the reading! (Click Titles/Covers for Reviews)
The Bodyguard & the Show Dog, by Christy Tillery French
Walled-In, by J. Elke Ertle
Just Breathe, by Susan Wiggs (From Mt. TBR)
And…still reading, but almost finished with Somewhere Off the Coast of Maine, by Ann Hood.

Now I’m going to enjoy breakfast in bed while watching movies. Yesterday I picked some old favorites to enjoy, like The Jane Austen Book Club.

Like all your books. My eye is on this Elizabeth Berg book.:)

The Jane Austen Book Club looks like a fun movie. Haven’t watched a movie at home in ages, except on the TV.

I have 800 + DVDs on my shelves….and seldom watch most of them! I stood there studying the titles yesterday and realized I hadn’t watched that one in a long while….I also watched a murder mystery with Kevin Kline and Susan Sarandon, called The January Man. (next to Jane Austen alphabetically!).
Thanks for visiting, Harvee, and enjoy your new week.

Definitely! And now I’m also going to finish Somewhere Off the Coast of Maine and post my review. I’ve had my breakfast in bed and watched a movie….and I’ll watch more later.
But first…off to the supermarket to get supplies! Thanks for visiting, Sheila.

You’ve had a busy week! I love Susan Wiggs — I need to find a copy of Just Breathe, as it’s one I haven’t come across yet. Enjoy your quiet, movie-watching morning… it sounds lovely! And thank you for stopping by my Sunday Post earlier.
