  1. I read through some of your entries on all your blogs for this week, whew, took me awhile 🙂 I loved your son’s home in Berlin, beautiful structural details! I also enjoyed your look back on cringe-worthy posts from many years ago. I didn’t know that you signed copies of your book at a BEA in LA. Wow, I wish they would hold it out here again.
So many fun things to read this week. I’m reading and enjoying Keep Quiet, and would like to get Goodnight June and All Fall Down. Have a great week and enjoy!

    1. Oh, I also wish it would be in LA again! It has been six years since it was here…I think New York is hogging it…LOL

I signed Chasing Stardust in 2008…it had been out for a few months.

I kind of got carried away with the blog posts, Rita…some weeks are like that. I love the Garden Cottage in Berlin, too.

      Thanks for stopping by!

  2. We’ve had nice cool mornings here too, then the heat comes late AM/ afternoon. Not too bad yet though… Penny Marshall’s book I’m betting is good, she seems like she’d be a riot.

    1. I am looking forward to the Penny Marshall book…and when our temperature heats up, we are often in the triple digits. But I think it might be in the 90s today. Thanks for stopping by, Greg, and enjoy your week.

    1. Oh, what I enjoy most about Scottoline is that you can take your pick, from mysteries to memoirs. Even a little romance along the way. Anything you like, she may have written it. Thanks for visiting, Iza.

  3. I definitely need to check out our post about Orange is the New Black now that I’ve finished with season 2. I didn’t think it was as good as the first season, but despite that I really enjoyed it, especially the final 5 episodes or so 🙂
    Have a good Sunday!

  4. I’m excited because I heard BEA is coming to Chicago – that’s about 90 min. from my house so chances are I’d be able to go! Looking forward to your thoughts on All Fall Down. Have a good week!

    1. Yes, I have come to anticipate at least one book every week…but this week I only ordered one new book from Vine…I’m trying to cut down so I can read some of the books I’ve bought! Thanks for visiting, Fiza.

I’ve gotten into a rut with blog posts and I need to get out. During the school year, I was so busy that I scheduled two posts a week, but both of them were memes. Now I feel like I’m only posting to memes. I need to break out of this rut!

  6. I want to read Penny Marshall’s book! It looks like it’ll be a very entertaining read! I see you’ve got a Scottoline coming up! I could’ve sworn I’ve read a few books by her but after looking at her titles I don’t think I have. I’m definitely going to have to give her a try. Have a great week!

  8. It’s been a while since I’ve read a Jennifer Weiner book, but still I’m excited about All Fall Down. And while I’ve yet to read a Sarah Jio book, she’s definitely an author I keep hearing great things about.

My Mother Was Nuts looks fun! I did enjoy Goodnight June too. I must try a Lisa Scottoline to see if I like her writing. Have a great reading week.

    1. I think so, too, Kathryn….and Scottoline writes such a mix of genres, from mysteries to memoirs, with the occasional series…so I always find such diversity, but with a common theme: they are all unputdownable! IMO

      Thanks for stopping by.

  12. So many wonderful books. I have to write some of them down on my TBR-list 🙂 Here in Norway it’s supposed to be summer, but with only 12C it feels more like autumn 🙂 Luckily books are the best medicine against “weather-illness” 😉

    1. I know, right? I ordered a lot of review books that all came right around the same time…and then I thought I should step back on the reviews…for a minute, so nothing! LOL

Thanks for stopping by, JoAnn…looking forward to the Sarah Jio book.

  13. We’ve got the official summer heat and humidity but not the sun. Looks like the rain has decided to park itself in the Midwest – I’ve got mushrooms and weeds everywhere!

I received All Fall Down too but in audio, which at the moment is the majority of my reading time.

  14. The first days of summer have been rainy here. We have had enough now, and need it to stop so the road work can continue and get done. It is a pain when it is in your front yard. Oh well, I just sit in the back and read. Got all your books on my stacks or on my TBR list! Have a great week.
