  1. Looks like a pretty good week all the way around. Nice review of The Bookstore, it’s nice to see a bookstore as a setting and I can just imagine an urban bookstore with a name like The Owl- sounds pretty good to me. 🙂

  2. Looking forward to your reviews of the new books! I have Hidden on my kindle but won’t get to it for a while so I’ll watch for your thoughts on that as well. Have a great week!

  3. Thanks for sharing your perspective on The Bookstore. I didn’t enjoy it as much as you because of the relationship angle in it ((I didn’t like the boyfriend). It’s interesting to hear others’ opinions 🙂
Congrats on your blogoversary–that’s a great stretch of years! Have a Happy Easter and hope you have a good week reading.

    1. Thanks for the congrats, Rita…I almost feel guilty celebrating SIX years, since I didn’t really figure out how to connect to others that whole first year…LOL.

I absolutely DETESTED the boyfriend in The Bookstore, and if I hadn’t liked other parts of the story, might have stopped reading. Thanks for visiting, and enjoy your week.

  4. Happy Easter! And it’s nice to have some weeks where you don’t get that many new books. I know I could use some of those weeks as well. My to-read list and review list are really long.

That cover of the After Wife looks nice. I hope you enjoy your new books and have a great week!

    1. Yes, the lists go on and on, don’t they? After visiting blogs this morning, I found another freebie to download. I really need to organize Sparky!

Thanks for visiting, Lola…have a great day and a wonderful week.

  5. Looking forward to your thoughts on The Collector, I picked it up on my kindle last week. Congrats on 6 years, an awesome innings, not too many of us ‘old’ bloggers around lol
Have a great week and happy reading 🙂

    1. Thanks, Juli, I hope you enjoy your week, too. Casebook was slow to grab me, but now it’s really picking up. Interesting twists. Glad you could stop by…and I love the cover of The Collector, too.

  6. Those look like some good titles you have there. It’s just starting to get nice here so I’m out raking and cleaning up the yard. Hope you had a nice Easter!!

    1. Yes, it is very sad that libraries are always so strapped. I think of the 1970s here in California, however, when libraries closed down for large portions of the days. I am glad to find them open during much of the week these days. Enjoy your reading, and thanks for visiting, Lark.
