PicMonkey Collage-updates collage

Good morning!  Today’s post will link up to Sunday Salon, The Sunday Post,  and Book Journey, for What Are You Reading?

**Mailbox Monday is now hosted at the home site:  Mailbox Monday.

Finally our drought-ridden Central Valley has had a bit of rain.  Those rainy days are always good for curling up to read…or watch movies.  Outdoors looks a little like this:

  1. Sorry to hear about all the rain, although rain can be nice if it leads to good reading/ viewing time! Sounds like you had a pretty good week. And Marie Callender- I’m officially jealous now of that shepherd’s pie. 🙂

Glad you are finally getting some rain. We keep missing the snow but getting the cold. Wind chill was -32 when I was driving to work today. That is curl up and read weather too. Come see my Monday Report if you get a chance. Happy reading!

  3. Finally getting around to see what people are reading. Where you are dealing with rain we are dealing with record cold. We have had 47days this winter below zero…. 5 days of school closing due to wind chills reaching 40 to 65 below zero. Holy smokes…

  4. We are settling in for the worst snow we’ve had in several years. I’ve just spent the evening filling up every available container with water in case the power goes out, taking our well with it. A little snow on the weekend is fine for settling in and reading but I don’t like it when it’s enough to overwhelm us like this! Enjoy your week!
