Good morning!  Today’s post will link up to Sunday Salon, The Sunday Post,  Notorious Spinks Talks Books , Beauty in Ruins, (Back-Up Host) for Mailbox Monday, and Book Journey, for What Are You Reading?

This past week has been a great one for reading.  Cooler weather has kept me curled up in my comfortable reading spots….like this one.  I’ve also been watching the new Fall lineup on TV:

  1. Comfy couch, huge stack of books, a cup of tea– okay Laurel, I’m coming over, lol! I want to read Gringa in a Strange Land and Market Street. Maybe Star Attraction also. I read Children of the Fog, and it was pretty good. Enjoy all of it! Thanks for sharing.

    1. You make it sound very cozy, Rita…and it is!! I know I should spend less time on the comfy couch and more time exercising…and I plan to do just that. Someday!

Gringa in a Strange Land is the first book about Erica Mason, the MC in Cleans Up Nicely. I didn’t realize there was a first book until after I’d read the second one, but I had to buy it…loved that character!

Thanks for stopping by, and enjoy a peaceful “hacker-free” week!

    1. I’m glad you could visit here, too, Yvonne…I always feel very rejuvenated in the fall…it probably harks back to school days and new terms. But new TV seasons add to the thrill of it all. Enjoy your week.

  2. Nice mix of books and lovely weather to read in. Our Spring weather has been record HOT, so I think Summer will be a scorcher. Children of the Fog looks like a good creepy, Halloween read.
Have a great week and happy reading 🙂

I think Smake Screen is on my TBR mountain too. I read Big Girl Panties a while ago and liked it though it was more “chick lit” than it was romance which was what I was expecting. Thanks for visiting my blog earlier. Happy reading!

  5. Market Street looks cute. I used to live in San Francisco and enjoy reading books with that setting. Congrats on the gift card win – those are the best! Happy reading.

    1. I hesitated on this one, Laura…primarily because I, too, need to cut down on the tours…and the review books. It is starting to feel like a job! lol Thanks for stopping by, and enjoy your week.
