Good morning, Sunday Saloners!   For those of you who are participating in Bloggiesta this weekend, how is the party going for you?

I’ve been having a lot of fun making over my blog Curl up and Read.  I tend to work on my blogs pretty regularly, but during this event, I go all out.  And I love visiting the other blogs, discovering new things to add to my list after seeing what they’re doing.

There are mini-challenges, and one of mine was Getting to Know You, in which I featured blogger Alexis, from Reflections of a Bookaholic.

Even with all this going on, I managed to put together a Checkpoint for my Mt. TBR Challenge, and realized that I am almost halfway to my goal for the year.

Earlier in the week on the blogs:

I celebrated St. Patrick’s Day and wrote:  A Guilty Pleasures Nod to St. Paddy’s Day

My Hump Day Potpourri post:  Taking Inventory

Saturday Potpourri:  Blogging Activities & Reading

Sweet Saturday Sample:  Juvenile Probation (An Excerpt from Defining Moments, a WIP)

My Reading Week: (Click Titles/Covers for Reviews)

I was distracted early in the week, as Noah was sick and staying with me; I was worried.  Then he got better, and everything picked up, moving along nicely.

And today, I want to watch some movies and start reading something like:  2nd Chance, another Women’s Murder Club book by James Patterson.

What was your week like?  What are you planning for today…for next week?  Enjoy!

    1. I tend to start with a short list, easily achievable; and then I sometimes add things. It helps keep it all manageable…lol.

Thanks for stopping by, Kate. I like the interactions of other bloggers most while doing this event. Enjoy your weekend.

    1. I have one more of his on my stacks from another series: Worst Case. (Michael Bennett series?). They do tend to sit on my stacks for awhile, but these fit with a challenge I’m doing. And they’re quick reads…lol.

Thanks for stopping by, Harvee, and enjoy your weekend.

  1. You know, one of these days I’m going to have to read something by Jacqueline Winspear – her books look so good and I love the covers (as shallow as that sounds LOL)! Have a great week!!

    1. I’ve been saying that for awhile, Wendy, and finally did it. I got my copy from the library, as I wasn’t sure if it would be a keeper. And it probably would be, except my shelves are overflowing..lol.

      Thanks for stopping by!

    1. I sort of got off track, after reading No. 1; then I skipped to No. 7, because I got the book in a giveaway. It would be great to read in order, wouldn’t it?

Thanks for stopping by, Yvonne, and enjoy your week.
