Good morning, Sunday Saloners.
Welcome to another day to talk books, chat about our blogs, and share snippets of our lives.
It’s been a really great week, despite the rain—or maybe partly because of it—and I’ve enjoyed some blogging and reading moments.
The weekend has been really great, too; my granddaughter Fiona came over, and we had lunch, did some shopping, and saw the movie One for the Money. Loved it!
As you may (or maybe not) recall, I had downloaded the e-book a couple of weeks ago, so I could read it beforehand. I’m glad I did.
I loved Debbie Reynolds in her characterization of Grandma Mazur.
We’re still hanging out, so I’ll be quick today.
Here are some of the week’s blog posts:

And that’s my week! Loved its variety. As you may notice if you check out my blog posts, I added another writing blog, My Forest Journey. Hope you join me there.
What are your plans for the day? I hope you’ll stop by and share….
I’ve been hesitant to see the Stephanie Plum movie cause I really wasn’t thrilled with their casting. Now I’ll have to give it a try!

I’ve heard that some were disappointed in the casting of Katherine Heigl…it worked for me.

I always enjoy the array of books you review. I’ll have to check on the book about Princess Diana. Glad to hear the movie was good. I had wonder since the commercials for it can be misleading sometimes.

Today has been filled with yoga, church, and grocery shopping! I’m hoping to get to some more reading this evening! I’m glad that you enjoyed the movie One for the Money! I purchased a Groupon they had for it earlier this week, so maybe next weekend, I’ll take my wife to see it! I’ve read the book and I found it a fun read, and when my wife and I saw the trailer, we just had to see it!
Thanks for dropping by my blog earlier today, and I hope you have a great week!

I hope you do enjoy the movie. I know that sometimes movies based on books are disappointing, but that was not the case for me. Kind of like The Help, in that I almost liked the movie more than the book.
Thanks for stopping by, Jeremy; your Sunday sounds great!

I hope you get to see the movie…but I know how it is. Sometimes even mainstream movies aren’t released right away in my city.
Loved Mudbound! Thanks for stopping by, Kath.
