Michelle Williams totally inhabited that role! I haven’t seen such a great MM performance…ever!
I loved how they captured a moment in time and took us there so completely.

Where did you find the time to read so much this week? Ha! I’ve been trying to get the decorations for the tree up and get little girl school parties together. 🙂 I have been reading The Cat’s Table by Michael Ondaatje and love it!

You got through some serious reading this week! My wife and I did manage to make it to a movie this weekend, Breaking Dawn Part I. It’s not really my thing, but my wife enjoys it so much.
Earlier today I completed my reading of George R.R. Martin’s A Game of Thrones. I’m looking forward to a good month of festive cheer with friends and family!

Kudos on finishing A Game of Thrones. I’m with you on not really enjoying the Twilight movies (or books). But sometimes we have to do things outside our comfort zone for those we love.

I’m glad to hear that Michelle Williams is good in Marilyn. I was a little skeptical about it myself, but she looks beautiful in that movie poster and she is a very good actress.

I’m looking forward to seeing Marilyn, I really like Michelle Williams. I read Postcards from the Edge and its follow-up and so I’d like to read Shockaholic. I’m glad to see you recommend it; I think Carrie Fisher is a very good writer.

I have the book and the movie of Postcards from the Edge, one of my favorite Carrie Fisher books. In fact, now that she’s on my mind, I might just watch the movie again today!

I think Michelle Williams is great! So I’ll definitely check out ‘Marilyn’ once it hits the theatres over here.
