And, in honor of Mother’s Day, I’d like to share a photo of my mother and me when I was a month old.

This evening, I plan to share some mother/daughter moments with my daughter, but because she’ll be working during the day, I’ll be hanging out with her son, my youngest grandson.  We always seem to find something fun to do!

  2. I’ve seen many of these books on the bookshelves at the library where I work and wondered about them. Thanks for the review. Out of them, the one I’d most likely read would be the Terry McMillan book, but of course, that would mean reading the first one…which means I’ll get to it sometime next year…about the time you get to the Harry Potter series. 🙂

    1. Yes, the first McMillan book was my favorite…and maybe that’s partly because of the movie. When I think of the characters, I often think of them on film.

      Ah, wouldn’t it be great if we could read all the books we want to read?
